14-Day Return Window

At Ziggumart, we offer a 14-day return policy, providing you with a two-week period from the day you receive your item to initiate a return, should you need to.

Return Eligibility

For your item to qualify for a return, it must remain in the pristine condition you received it - unopened and housed in its original packaging. Don't forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Upon accepting your return, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on the return process. Please note, any items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Handling Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was sent, contact us right away so we can address and rectify the issue promptly.

Exchanges

Eager for an exchange? Simply return the original item. Once we've received and accepted your return, you're all set to make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, it might take a bit longer for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.

Should the return be initiated for reasons not related to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, the responsibility for all related delivery charges, import fees, and duties falls on the customer.
